Our first Monarch Butterfly!

Today our first chrysalis hatched! We went outside to have our morning tea and when we came back inside, this is what we saw!!

The butterfly then
jumped onto Jack's shirt!

Miss Mansell then carefully put it onto one of the sunflowers that we grew last year.

Well done Room 1 for looking after your first caterpillar, chrysalis and monarch butterfly so well!
